Giveaway: Emily Osment Prizepack CLOSED

Emily Osment may be best known for playing Lilly, Miley's best friend, on Hannah Montana, but did you know that Emily also has a recording career. Her newest single "All The Way Up" was just released on Radio Disney on August 14th.
