Let Educator.com Help You Learn

I know it feels like summer just started, but we are already half way through. School will start up again before we know it. I have begun working with my little one to refresh his memory on what he learned last year, but he is only 4, so it is an easy task. But, what can you do with your teenager, who probably won't remember enough Algebra to be prepared for Calculus?

I was introduced to a great new website that is not what I currently need, but thought you all might find very helpful. It is educator.com , and they offer over 500 detailed math and science topics, which are covered across nine courses.

Here is a little bit about them from their site:

Educator.com is a pioneering venture aimed at equalizing education by assembling the best teachers in the country and making their lectures affordable to everyone. We cover high school and university topics in mathematics, science, and computer programming.

The
Educator experience is designed to provide you with everything you need to succeed in your courses. The customized interface creates a one-to-one learning environment with the professor while emphasizing graphical explanations and working through solution steps. Below each lecture video are detailed notes which highlight the most important points to remember as well as common student pitfalls. A powerful search engine also locates the exact time in a lecture your problem topic is discussed. Lastly, student comments are moderated by our instructors make sure any questions you have are answered.

Once you have the best instructor in a subject, learning anything is possible. Educator seeks to find these teachers and bring their expertise to you. With our affordable pricing everyone can access our content because every student deserves an excellent education regardless of geographic location or socioeconomic status.
I know I have been there with the teacher who is just not making sense, and personal tutors can be very pricey. Educator is only $20 a month or $200 a year. The monthly fee is the same price as 1 hour with a tutor!!

Their courses include, but are not limited to: Chemistry, Calculus BC, Calculus AB, and Biology. The site is appropriate for high school and college students.

Whether you child is struggling to pass or just needs a refresher go and take a look around Educator, it might be just what you need.
